Grants pass antique dealers say the the economic meltdown is already in town as it affects their market and even some stores are forced to close their shops.

Recently, two stores closed while some trying to ride the economic storm by merging and squeezing squeezing to smaller quarters.

According to Michael Vincent, who closed his Sixth Street Antique Mall last Summer, people would prefer to buy food on the table than buying antiques that they don't need to have.
